Very alarming close pass by 2 vehicles in quick succession while I was crossing a blind humpbacked canal bridge. This is an especially rare case from me: this was in the days before Lancashire Constabulary began ignoring all reports from cyclists. They claimed that warning letters would be issued to both drivers. My subsequent experiences with LC lead me to suspect they never bothered.
