FAX route 22 driver (bus #1801) tailgates and honks

There was not a safe place to pull over to let the bus pass, so the driver got dangerously close and blasted their horn at me. That driver ought to learn bicycles have a right to the road and we don't need to dive off to the side the moment another vehicle approaches us from behind.
