Explorer runs biker off road

Ford Explorer pulls up next to biker, matches speed, swerves over in 1.9 seconds to run the biker off the road. She apparently told her family she did nothing wrong, that it was the biker's fault, because that's what they posted on FaceBook. The police eventually tracked her down for a verbal warning after annotated video was shown on YouTube.
