Dusted! (Rolling Coal)

This moron, driving a red Ford flatbed pickup truck towing a trailer with a John Deere riding mower, thought it would be clever to dust us!  My Fly6CE captured his Colorado plate RTQ480 or RTD480 with a Peterbilt Logo on his grille.  Rolling Coal is now Illegal in Colorado: $100 Ticket.  Unfortunately, there is no provision to properly report these complaints to the State Patrol or local jurisdictions!.
