Drivers run stop signs when crossing shared-use trail

Despite [minimally] raised crosswalks, drivers regularly run their stop signs to cross the Rhode Island Trolley Trail. Drivers have hit multiple pedestrians and cyclists at these two crossings over the past 3 years.
