Driver overtakes between pedestrian refuges and cuts in forcing cyclist to brake and move over

This driver decided trying to save a few seconds was more important than the safety of a vulnerable road user. Tried to overtake when there wasn't enough room to complete the manouvre and cut in on a cyclist. Reported. Driver got an education course so hopefully will be more careful next time.
