Driver looks me in the eyes, runs stop sign and almost hits me

I had to quickly swerve into the next lanes of highway traffic, because this car ran the stop sign onto the highway. The driver was looking me right in the eyes and still didn't stop. Luckily there were no cars in the other lanes.
