Driver almost collides with me twice- agressive-tailgate-MPD

Driver to the rear has made a bad lane choice and tailgates me and I almost wore the cost. The lest lane ends ahead and all vehicles need to be in the single lane.
It's going to be expensive when the penalty lands.
