Double Yellow Violation

Riding eastbound on Chaparral Road in Paradise Valley, preparing to make a left turn onto Casa Blance with two riders in front of me.Here comes Mr. Big Shot in his new Black Audi sedan turning easst behind me. You see my left turn hand signal in the shadow, and one rider in front of me signals as well. This guy blazes past on the left side of the road, crossing the double yellow line. As if the agressive pass wasnt bad enough, he has to brake for a rider already in the interseciton. Good thing his buddy saw him coming and didnt proceed.
