Distracted U-Turner – Time to think about installing ‘No U Turn ‘ signs?

Lights, Hi Viz, bright coloured clothing - you can buy them if you like to wear bright things, but they simply count for nothing against a motorist driving around with their brain switched off. Seems a good spot for prohibiting U-Turns.
