Dangerous impatient SEAT driver CP68GDO

This occurred while negotiating a part of the A38 where three lanes merge into two. The SEAT was travelling faster than the other vehicles and weaving around looking for a gap in the slow moving traffic. As it came up behind me the driver slowed for a few seconds before accelerating and passing me dangerously closely squeezing between myself and a van in the right lane.
