Crazy pass into oncoming cyclists

This happened on a „Fahrradstraße“, a dedicated bicycle street where cars are supposedly guests. The first car to pass me was too close already (and overtaking at an intersection, too) but the second almost hit the girls cycling in oncoming traffic. Pressed charges, case still open.
