Crazed SUV driver

Heading West on Richmond Park Avenue in Bournemouth, a SUV approached from behind and tried to overtake and coming dangerously close, despite the road having cars parked on either side of the road, limiting the amount of space available. The driver gave up the attempt, only to pull up another 10 metres down the road to collect a passenger!.
