Coulby to Bluebell roundabout Hyundai pulls across two lanes

Hyundai I20 comes off the A174 "Parkway" and just pulls across two lanes into my path, I'm sorry but I did swear but then I was at around 30 mph when the driver pulled out. They may have waved but they obviously didn't look.
