Close Pass on eastbound Baseline Rd

I was riding eastbound on Baseline Rd in Lafayette, when the driver of a white Toyota (CO 020-OQM) passed me without giving the legally-required 3-feet of space. You can see in the video that they had already been driving on/over the white line before they passed me and went right back to doing so after the pass.
