Close Pass in Santa Clara

West bound on Forbes just across Kiely Blvd, was passing a parked car and white Acura RDX CA License plate 7PVN859 passed me way too closely. They could have waited a few seconds for me to get past the parked car before passing and then I they would not have put me at risk.
