Close pass in North Rocks – Reported to Castle Hill Police Station – Driver fined and demerit points

Most drivers (99%) do pass me at a safe distance but hundreds of cars pass me every day so 1/100 means a couple of idiots every day drive dangerously close. Look how much space most of the drivers in this clip give me ....except one. Two lanes yet this driver managed to pass dangerously close. Took video footage to Castle Hill Police Station. Driver fined and demerit points.
