CLose pass by local truck company

B Double Semi-trailer didn't move at all away from a couple of us riding into town this morning. Time stamp was out by 30mins... Local truck company is renowned for close passing. No vehicles in the lane next to them so they could have moved over. The truck 2 mins before moved over!.
