Close call – Wild Canyon and Rock Court

SUV pulled out in front of oncoming bike traveling about 30 mph. Bike slowed to stop. Bike was equipped with flashing Fly 12 and biker was wearing neon yellow. Driver made eye contact with biker as he pulled out and cut the bike off. Biker stopped in time. Biker interpreted this as a purposeful action on part of the driver.
