Close call in Porter Square-someone turning right across the bike lane on a red arrow

This intersection has a bike lane with dedicated bike signal, but a lot of cars don't pay attention and think the green light is for them. Fortunate to have not been going too fast and was able to slow down enough. Police were on the other side of the intersection and came right away. Timestamp on the video is wrong.
