Close call in Chickerell

Cycling along when a white car pulls out from a side turning, appears not to have seen me or the bollard in the middle of the road as he came very close to hitting me. Kindly the driver did put his hand up to say sorry which makes a lot of difference when people actually realise they have done something wrong. Not submitted to the Police.
