Car goes wrong way on Sebastopol Road – Santa Rosa Ca

Santa Rosa California: Joe Rodota Trail was closed so the alternate route was Sebastopol Road. At the intersection of Sebastopol Road and Stony Point Road there were two cars which ran the red light (which happens all the time here) - followed by one white VW, license plate 8ULT500, going in the wrong direction!.
