BN08LEU Close pass when approaching junction

I was riding my bike along the Coventry Road in Kenilworth in good visibility, with lights on, front and rear, doing between 10-12 mph, when grey Peugeot BN08LEU / BN08 LEU approached me from the rear, overtaking me incredibly closely, just as the centre line changed to solid on our side as we approached the junction.
