BMW X5 dangerously jumps red light YC19MKT

As I and two other vehicles in the third lane slowed to a stop the BMW which was much further away from the lights than the three of us accelerated and went through the lights. There was also a large pickup that got caught out by the red light while waiting in a traffic queue which was in the right lane, part way through the junction. This pickup was completely blocking the view of the traffic about to start moving off from the BMW driver and visa versa so neither would have been aware of the other. At the previous set of traffic lights the same BMW ignored the lights too. The lights turned amber as the BMW was about three car lengths away from the white line. It was travelling at a walking pace as traffic was blocking the junction due to an accident ahead and could easily have stopped but the driver chose to ignore the amber light and add to the congestion.
