BMW driver must get to red light before cyclist

The BMW driver just couldn't wait a few seconds for the vehicle turning right to clear the lane and so undertook them while close passing me. I caught up with them at the next set of lights so risking my life was even more pointless. The Mercedes is strangely
positioned right up against the left kerb at the lights too. Maybe they didn't want me to filter past but I wouldn't have bothered anyway. I'm pretty sure I know the reg but there was no single frame on the video that shows it clearly so I didn't report it to the police.
