Elevation Blvd has a gap in the bike network past the Aston Village Shopping Centre. Though, I doubt a painted bike lane would've prevented a driver just pulling out from a parking spot. Note also, on the path at the zebra crossing, there is a hand-made sign on a bollard warning drivers not to enter there ("No car entry").
