Bad Pass Tamaki Drive

This car seemed to be driving well as they gave me plenty of room going past, but then as they rounded the bend the car started to 'twitch' and they drove into the cycle lane as I went past them. I screamed at them and they quickly moved over. I could have easily touched the car but kept my hands on the bars to stay upright.
