Alarming close pass by small Harrisons Oil tanker, associated with illegal crossing of the double white line and hatched road markings. Any report of close passing of cyclists is immediately binned as 'they deserve all they get for being on the road' by Lancashire Constabulary so I haven't reported this one. Time on the video is GMT.
