This was only the second time I crossed this bridge after the much-heralded Mobile Messaging Trailer was installed. You can see the messages: 30, Look Out For Cyclists and Please Drive Carefully. Immediately and completely ignored by drivers the entire couple of weeks the MMT was there. Illegal crossing of the unbroken white line, very close passing and exceeding the 30 limit. It's still the same at this bridge now, and the reports were all ignored by Lancashire Constabulary, who though that a spell of MMT was quite enough! The only thing that would help would be enforcement, which they're actively against. Time on the video is GMT.
