A Kilkenny Polish driver who loves speeding

This Polish guy lives in Kilkenny city and has absolutely no respect for the Irish Rules of the road. He almost killed two cyclists (twice), both incidents within a few minutes of each. He was travelling well over 100kph and there was at most 1 foot between the car and bike. The cyclist didn't die because the car was seen 2 secs before it flew past.
