50 MPH Pass in No Pass Construction Zone – W. Sacramento CA

Not sure the video does this justice. This pickup truck passed me going at least 50 MPH in a well marked, narrow construction and no passing zone moments before I was able to get out of the area. Commercial door ID is a company name: Capitol.
