Dangerous pass by grey pickup 97255G2

I was riding south on Main St in Venice California.  In this area, the street has one traffic lane in each direction next to painted bike lanes next to a parking lane.  At the intersection of Rose and Main, a bus stopped in front of me partially blocking the bike lane.  There were no cars next to me, so I pulled slightly to the left into the traffic lane.  As I was passing the bus, a grey pickup, plate #97255G2, passed dangerously close to me.  There was an empty left-hand turn lane to his left the he could have used or he could have waited 5 seconds for me to finish passing the bus, but he chose to squeeze next to me 1-2 feet from my arm.
