Typical Lancashire driver offence at this blind humped bridge, and the offence is common in both directions because the police refuse to take action over it. The same vehicle was involved in the same offence in the other direction on 30.1.26, and this is shown on the other side of the bridge on the map below. The driver is obviously speeding, as I am travelling at almost 20mph. An oncoming vehicle encounters the Golf at the bridge crest. The police will ignore the offence, as they ignored the one a month ago. Time on the video is GMT.
