Unfortunately, yet another routine Lancashire close pass. Not reported to Lancashire Constabulary because they always ignore offences against cyclists, and I already have a long list of ignored offences which are even worse. This one is interesting because the sun is directly behind and shows that the offender kept the vehicle within the left lane throughout. Time on the video is GMT.
